The Effectis range uses a smaller boiler to reduce its footprint rather than removing it altogether. This means the Effectis steam generators can still offer 5 bar, high-pressure steam output. This pressure allows the steam to penetrate into the heart of the material fibres which will help remove even the most difficult creases with ease.

 

The steam generator’s compact design makes it easy to store and its light weight makes it easy to carry. Although affordable, the GV6760 certainly hasn’t been compromised when it comes to specifications. The Effectis features: a powerful 5 bar pressure boiler, which heats up in just two minutes so it’s ready to go when you’re ready to iron; a smart cord, with a patented Easycord system to fight wear and tear; a smart cord storage system; an in-use refill system, which allows for nonstop ironing; an eco mode; a convenient lock-up system (for easy and safe transportation and storage); and finally a 100 g/min continuous steam and 220 g/min turbo steam shot to remove creases in a flash.

 

The GV6760 features Tefal’s unique Ultraglide Diffusion soleplate with active lines to help the iron glide smoothly across the fabric. The soleplate has been specially made to be extremely scratch resistant with hardwearing properties. The raised lines running across the soleplate ensure excellent heat distribution, optimal steam diffusions and a reduced surface area resistance for enhanced glideability.

This steam generator also features Tefal’s patented Smart Technology – which, thanks to its in-built microchip processor, regulates temperature and steam output in just one setting.
