Wherever you are Tefal is at your service either to repair a product or supply accessories and spare parts.

WITHIN THE MANUACTURER’S GUARANTEE PERIOD

If your item is within the guarantee period, please contact our Customer Relations Team first either via the Helpline on: 01 677 4003 or by email via Contact Us. Or visit one of our Tefal Home and Cook retail outlets near you, listed below.
NOTE: You can obtain face to face advice or book in your product for repair at any of our Home and Cook Stores, if you do not have a store locally and need help or advice, please contact our Customer Relations Team who can also arrange repair of your product.

OUTSIDE OF THE MANUFACTURER’S GUARANTEE PERIOD

If your item is out of guarantee you can visit one of our local Tefal Home and Cook Outlets or contact our authorised service agent directly to arrange a repair directly.
ALTERNATIVELY, for your electrical products, you can book the repair online via our online repair booking tool. The repair request will be sent to our administration team to approve and allocate to an authorised service partner covering your area.
We also offer fixed price out of guarantee repair solutions to maintain the longevity of your product for many happy years of continued use.​
