To make the cookie dough:
In a bowl, mix the sugar and butter until smooth. Add the egg and mix together.
Add the flour and baking powder, mix.
Finally, add the chocolate chips.
Wrap the dough in cling film and place it in the fridge while you make the brownie mixture.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
To make the brownie mixture:
Melt the chocolate and butter. Mix until smooth.
Add the egg, followed by the sugar.
Add the flour, then the pecan nuts.
Divide the batter between the two mini casserole tins.
Take out the cookie dough. Form two 0.5 cm-thick discs of dough cut to the size of the casserole dish.
Place on top of the brownie mixture and press down lightly.
Bake and cook for 25 minutes.
Serve warm or after they have cooled completely, remove from the mould and enjoy whenever you like!
